Project Manager/Estimator

We are currently seeking a full-time Project Manager/ Estimator with a Monday through Friday work schedule at $65,000-$120,000 a year DOE . Bonus opportunities are available.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and tracks budgets for landscape, excavation and concrete construction projects.

  • Collaborate with clients and general contractors to understand their needs and preferences.

  • Prepares and collaborates with subcontractors to get estimates for construction projects.

  • Manages all aspects of from conception to on-budget delivery of construction projects.

  • Manages all aspects of maintenance projects.

  • Organized Management: Manage construction files, photos, plans, proposals, etc., for easy retrieval and streamlined project coordination.

  • Meet deadlines and ensure delivery of projects at or under budget.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in project management, construction, estimating and sales, with a strong portfolio of successful projects managed.

  • Strong ability to read plans and specifications as well as the ability to quickly sketch details for clarification and review.

  • Strong problem solving skills is a MUST!

  • 2+ years of Project management/estimating.

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors and team members.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • Knowledge of local construction regulations and trends.

  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

 

Compensation Package:

Experience:

  • Project management: 2 years (preffered)

 

License/Certification:
