Project Manager/Sales

We are currently seeking a full-time Project Manager/Sales Estimator with a Monday through Friday work schedule at $65,000-$80,000 a year DOE. Bonus opportunities are available.

  • Prepares and tracks budgets for landscape construction projects.

  • Collaborate with clients, general contractors, design team and subs to understand their needs and preferences.

  • Prepares contracts for landscape construction projects.

  • Manages all aspects of landscape construction projects.

  • Manages all aspects of maintenance projects.

  • Organized Management: Manage construction files, photos, plans, proposals, etc., for easy retrieval and streamlined project coordination.

  • Meet deadlines and ensure projects come in at or under budget.

  • Although rare occasion, prepare estimates when needed to do so.


  • Proven experience in project management, landscape design, estimating and sales, with a strong portfolio of successful projects managed.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, Engineering, Horticulture or a related field a plus.

  • Strong ability to read plans and specifications as well as the ability to quickly sketch details for clarification and review.

  • Strong problem solving skills is a MUST!

  • 3 years of client service experience within the landscape industry.

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors and team members.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • Knowledge of local landscaping regulations and trends.

  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Knowledge of local plant species, climate conditions, and soil types.


Compensation Package:
